    • Property Maintenance: Residents are responsible for yard care and are expected to maintain their yards so as to keep our neighborhood looking beautiful.
    • Sidewalks: Residents are responsible for all sidewalk upkeep. This includes keeping them free of debris and hazard, and clear of snow in the winter. Residents are responsible for costs associated with concreate repair or replacement if notified by the city of Rochester Hills.
