- Trash: Rochester Hills is a single hauler municipality, and is serviced by Priority Waste. Standard weekly pickup is on Wednesday. Trash, Recycling, and seasonal Yard Waste is provided. Payment is setup directly with the garbage carrier. Residents may not opt out of trash service.
- Property Maintenance: Residents are responsible for yard care and are expected to maintain their yards so as to keep our neighborhood looking beautiful.
- Sidewalks: Residents are responsible for all sidewalk upkeep. This includes keeping them free of debris and hazard, and clear of snow in the winter. Residents are responsible for costs associated with concreate repair or replacement if notified by the city of Rochester Hills.
- Roads: The city of Rochester Hills is responsible for the upkeep, repair and replacement of roads within Cumberland Woods. The city also provides snow plowing for the roads following snowfall events.
