Please mark June 30, 2021 at 7pm on your calendar for the 2021 Annual Meeting. All board positions will be available for election. The meeting will be held virtually. Click here for meeting details. The last annual meeting was held Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 7pm. Meeting minutes are available for review.
Letters were sent out in May 2021 to residents whose yards were in violation of our yard conditions. Please view the Yard Care link above for information on minimum standards for yard care. Thank you for your part in keeping our neighborhood beautiful!

Due to the COVID-19 situation, a decision will be delayed on whether a block party will be held this year. The 2019 neighborhood Block Party was a great success.
Per city ordinance, dogs must be licensed. In addition, all dogs need to be on a leash in any public area. Pet owners have the responsibility to be familiar with state and local laws pertaining to leash requirements. Also, each resident is responsible for cleaning up their pets waste.
Please note that *any* construction project which includes significant change to the exterior of your home must be submitted to the Board for approval. This includes decks, sheds, awning installations, etc. This is per the bylaws..
Bus Stop Safety
Please exercise caution around bus stops. If lights are blinking on a bus, you must stop and wait until the driver turns off the lights. Also, if you are waiting in your cars to pick..
Since there were some recent questions about signage, we are providing a reminder of the policy for yard signs. Per city law, one real estate sign may be placed in front of a home that is for sale.

As a homeowner in Cumberland Woods Subdivision, you automatically become a member of the Homeowner's Association. The Board of Directors of the Homeowner's Association is an elected body, by vote of the homeowners, that works together to ensure that the Cumberland Woods deed restrictions and by-laws are being met.
